Admissions Policies & Criteria

Below you will find our admissions requirements and tuition information. Our admissions process consists of the following.

  • Phase 1 is the completion of a Preliminary Application and required documents.  
  • Phase 2 is the completion of an Enrollment form and accompanying required documents.  

Register for a family interview 

Parent interviews are offered on weekdays from the beginning of March to the end of July. Applications do not need to be submitted before the parent interview. For your convenience, we offer both virtual and in-person interview options. Interview spaces fill quickly, so we recommend scheduling as early as possible.

Phase 1 – Submit a preliminary application 

As part of Phase 1, in addition to the preliminary application, we also require other pertinent documents: transcripts, report cards, teacher recommendations, student work samples, and standardized test scores.  

 Academic Screening Assessment 

Families applying for 1st through 8th grade must register prospective students for an in-person academic screening assessment on the respective campus. Screening assessments are administered in July. 

  • Must be age 5 on or before September 1st of the school year for which they are applying for admission. 
  • Must have successfully passed the kindergarten readiness test, if their birthday is between September 1st and October 15th. 
  • Transitional Kindergarten placement is available for children who turn five between October 16th and November 30th. Screening is required for the admission as a “TK student”.  Students will not be admitted to kindergarten if they are age four and their fifth birthday is after October 15th. 
  • Must submit a teacher recommendation form. 
  • Must be age 6 on or before September 1st of the school year they are applying for admission for. 
  • Must have successfully completed kindergarten and show evidence that the student passed the kindergarten readiness test before their admission to kindergarten,  if their birthday is between September 1st – October 15th. 
  • Students will not be admitted to first grade if they are five and their sixth birthday is after October 15th. 

Following the successful completion of Phase 1, and it is determined your family desires to proceed with enrollment, an email will be sent inviting the family to enroll the student. 

Additional applicant information  

Including : 

  • Creation of a FACTS tuition payment account  
  • Options for Before and Aftercare
  • Completion of required forms for student files (forms can be retrieved electronically or in person). All hard copies of forms must be returned to complete the enrollment process before the student can attend class.  
  • Upon completion, review, and submission of the enrollment form, a $200 enrollment fee must be paid.    
  1. Complete Phase 1 Application. Providing all preliminary documents requested in the Application Packet 
  2. Begin Phase 2 Enrollment Packet. Receive all the pertinent documents for the student’s file. (Download forms or Forms Packet pick-up from school) 
  3. Submit all completed student file documents for review (Must be hard copies with required signatures) 
  4. Schedule and participate in a placement meeting with the Preschool Director 
  5. Return to the Enrollment form, review, submit, and pay a registration fee of $200. 
  6. Receive room assignment and next steps for attendance.
